Pros
The support from the qualis team is prompt, they are kind and easy to work with. I have had only Positive experiences with all the representatives I have worked with in their organization.
Cons
The software at times can confuse some staff, but the Qualis team reached out to explain the process and offered support and resources to guide our team to offset this issue we experienced early on utilizing the service.
