It is easy to create aesthetically pleasing emails that get read!
Cons
Most features are very intuitive, but a few (inserting gifs, for instance) can be frustrating.

Overall, Constant Contact was a positive experience. The platform was user-friendly, the templates were customizable, and reporting features were valuable. Customer support was also responsive.

I liked Constant Contact because it's user-friendly, has customizable templates, and provides valuable reporting insights.
Cons
Limited integration options and basic analytics were the only downsides to Constant Contact, but they didn't significantly impact my experience.

SCAM! Not allowing me to cancel the account

BAD.
Pros
Dont like it. I have not been using this and tried to cancel the account. They do not have an option for this. Every time I try to follow the steps it does not work. They want us to call the call centre to cancel but also does not work. Big Scamming money takers

No way to cancel the account. Not assisting in helping. Arranged a google call and they did not pitch up

A solution that works and does not require major effort to setup

Pros
Was very easy to get setup properly with subdomain to send emails using custom subdomain for marketing purposes and not impact normal email domains.
Cons
It is a luttle expensive but you do get what you pay for so the added cost for less hassle is a worthwile return
