Pros
We use Achievers to give recognition to each other and to thank our teammates for going above and beyond. It integrates easily with Teams, so it removes any friction we may have around having to save a bookmark and remember a whole other password.
Cons
Initially, we had trouble with people knowing about it. But once teammates became aware of it and it became an app within Teams, we got more usage.

Achievers is a powerful tool for employee engagement, offering a user-friendly platform for recognition and rewards that align with company values. It integrates with HR systems and offers analytics to give admins and managers insights into team engagement and recognition. We've also been very pleased with the level of customer support offered by the platform. We have a dedicated rep available to answer questions and offer engagement ideas.
Pros
Achievers has an extremely user-friendly interface for fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition that align to a company's core values.
Cons
Achievers has an opportunity to build out more gamification. They used to have a badging functionality that created engagement around different initiatives (i.e. winning competitions, completing learning sprints) but that feature is no longer a part of the platform.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter

Pros
It seems there is a wide verity of items to select from all with decent quality. You can also select from a large range of gift cards.
Cons
While it is nice to be recognized, it seems a bit juvenile to be awarded "points." In previous companies I was awarded with meals and actual cash. Here I am getting points, and as the title said, "Everything is made up and the points don't matter."

Achievers provides peer and manager recognition, customizable rewards, data insights, value alignment, remote work support, privacy controls, and engagement analytics. Social sharing and performance integration enhance appreciation culture, fostering collaboration, loyalty, and productivity in organizations.
Pros
Achievers offer features that enhance workplace dynamics. They enable peer-to-peer and manager-to-peer recognition, motivating employees and reinforcing team cohesion. Insights derived from recognition data can guide decisions, and customizable rewards cater to individual preferences. Especially in remote or hybrid work setups, these platforms sustain a sense of belonging. In essence, Achievers foster a culture of appreciation, driving collaboration, loyalty, and productivity.
Cons
Relying heavily on rewards can make recognition seem transactional. The rate of rewards doesn't match our currency, i.e around 1200+ points make a Rs.1000Managers receiving more recognition can cause perceived favoritism. Privacy concerns might arise from public sharing.

Customer care is top of the line, and having the ability to recognize employees for their work on the spot was a definite plus. However it seems it's more for big cooperates than small owned businesses. Therefore, wasn't the right company for me.
Pros
Being able to recognize people on my staff for hard work and dedication with their best interest in mind. Happy employees equals happy bosses!
Cons
Sometimes it feels more cooperate than small business and pricing could be explained more prior to signing up for companies use
