Great for monitoring employee feedback

Pros

We use this for quick "pulse" type surveys, as well as our annual overall employee satisfaction survey. It's been great for this purpose, and the reporting/drilling-down is just what we need.
We've even done simple surveys like what kind of food/lunches people like, or SWAG. I like that you can upload photos/graphics to the answer set to make the survey more appealing.

Very bad. I compare it with Qualtrics that I was using for 8 years and I can definitely tell it's way below when it comes to reliability, overall efficiency and user experience.
Whenever I try to work on QuestionPro, I never know if I'm able to login, if the system doesn't crash or if respondents are able to fill in the study.
I submit requests to client support at least a couple of times per month.

Pros

Nothing - while the product has a lot of potential (I can see lots of smart solutions and ideas), the low stability, low efficiency, and countless bugs kill it all.

Cons

Very low efficiency, very low reliability, many bugs. I've been using QuestionPro for 9 months now and I can count many issues: not possible to login, not possible to upload databases, bugs not allowing respondents to close the study, the system does not allow to perform multiple tasks at once. I could count more and more... Definitely, it is not a system for professionals.

Pros

This tool allows us to have a full range survey program with almost all of the statistical tools we need.

Cons

I agree with most of rewievers the free nonprofit license limits certain functionality, it is interesting to try it, may be time to time.

We use QuestionPro as a platform to launch event surveys for our many local partners who host field days and workshops to promote soil health on Indiana cropland. The ability to quickly copy a survey and edit it specific for an event makes it easy to deploy. Plus reporting is available that enables our partners to extract information most pertinent to their program and grant deliverables. Highly recommend the platform.

Pros

It's ease of use, the ability to add pictures to surveys, and ability to branch questions for more complex surveys.

Cons

The short lead time to renew a non-profit subscription. But they have been helpful in navigating the process.

Pros

My youth-serving organization recently mitigated from Comet Testing to Question Pro and have been so pleased with our experience. We are able to cross-tabulate results and survey our youth without the background work of setting up access codes and/or entering data by hand. The cross-tabulation feature has made pre/post assessment data ridiculously easy to scrub. We use it across all of our data-driven programs.

Cons

Some of the features such as saving results to PDF don't work fully and I haven't received the support needed to resolve the issue. It's not a make-or-break, as I can save it as a spreadsheet, but for visual purposes the PDF is sometimes nice.

Pros

Great spam prevention tools, customizable question types, and logic options. This is a full-service survey tool and has been excellent for our nonprofit. We appreciate the free nonprofit license.

Cons

No major cons - we don't use all of the functionality and customizability, and we like that we don't need to.

Our overall experience has been very good. For the types of surveys we do as local government, we have been able to meet our needs with the 'non-profit' license just fine.

Pros

We get nearly everything the software offers on our non-profit account. Support has traditionally been very responsive for us!

Cons

There are just a few limitations with the non-profit account, but they are mostly things we rarely need anyway. We recently stumbled upon a limitation that left us baffled: some complex questions aren't included in the analytics dashboard. But there isn't even a list of them to refer to ahead of time. Also, limited to just one person that can use it.

QuestionPro has simplified our evaluation process immensely since we started using it. We highly recommend it!

Pros

QuestionPro makes it easy to build robust surveys that allow us to accurately evaluate our programs. It's much easier to set up logic on this platform than others that we have used, and reviewing results is so much simpler. It lets us get to the point quickly and easily without having to spend a bunch of time constructing our surveys.

Cons

We have no major qualms with QuestionPro.

Pros

Our Nonprofit does a few surveys a year for events, etc., and QuestionPro offers a professional affordable option for 501c3s with limited budgets

Cons

There were a few instances where some survey functionality (e.g. adding comment option to likert questions) was not intuitive. However, the help desk is quick to respond and assist when issues such as this have come up.

Pros

QuestionPro is easy to use yet powerful and feature-rich. The non-profit license is a huge plus for us but was not a driver in making the decision to switch to QuestionPro

Cons

It would be helpful to allow more than 1 user with the non-profit license but that is not a major drawback given the quality of the software.

Cons

QuestionPro offers a lot of variety in the type of questions that can created, but there have been a few instances where the ideal type was not available and we had to opt for an alternative type.

Pros

We appreciate the types of customizable questions and the data the platform can give us about our patrons. There is no limit with the amount of surveys you can send and have active at a time. As a nonprofit, we appreciate how QuestionPro is willing to work with us and provide us the data we need.

Cons

While the appearance is mostly straightforward forward, and we appreciate the customizable questions, there are some instances in which we wish we could change the aesthetic to align more closely with our brand.

QuestionPro's functionality and features offer a premium survey platform when compared to others. It has exactly what we need to get the data and information we need from our audience. I highly prefer QuestionPro over other platforms.

Pros

The features provided in QuestionPro are light years beyond what is offered in more common survey platforms.

Cons

QuestionPro does take a bit of a learning curve for those who are unfamiliar with survey design, but this can be easily overcome.

Pros

QP has been a critical tool for our nonprofit to measure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. The question types help us refine our questions to get just the data we need. The report helps us know where we are succeeding and where we need to put more effort to become a better organization.

Cons

Having to renew the annual subscription after completing all the requirements for a nonprofit license. Would be great if the subscription was for more than 1 year.

My experience with QuestionPro has been positive overall. They have helped our organization implement our Diagnostic Tool in 6 languages.

Pros

QuestionPro has more features than other survey platforms that offer free or discounted licenses. Navigating it has been fairly easy and intuitive. I particularly like the reporting feature that allows you to filter responses and quickly generate reports in various formats. I also appreciate that they offer webinars and online courses to help users learn about the platform and maximize their experience.

Cons

Understandably, the free non-profit license is limited so we haven't maximized all the features that QuestionPro has to offer. But overall, I have no complaints as questions and issues are quickly addressed by their support staff.

I would recommend this product to any nonprofit who needs to collect data on a regular basic. But know that sometimes it has more functionality than you might need for basic surveys which can be somewhat intimidating.

Pros

We started using QuestionPro as it was a free alternative for surveying learners after educational programing. It has been relatively easy to use and as a small nonprofit, it has been nice to have a free platform with so much capability.

Cons

This program seems incredibly robust and able to handle complicated surveys and data collecting. Sometimes it is a little too smart and full of features for our needs. I wish it were a little more user friendly or had a more "basic" platform option. But can't argue with the price!

RADA has been enjoying a free survey provided by an organization called QuestionPro. At first we thought it will be challenging but it made things easy especially when we had the non profit favor. We've had powerful insights from various stakeholders including staff, youths, partners, etc. We used questionpro successfully to conduct an entire major study on Youth Advocates for an end to the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon,. If you are an individual, a company or an NGO, Consider Questionpro for its analytic ease.

Pros

At first we thought it will be challenging but it made things easy especially when we had the non profit favor.

Cons

The limitations of not having more that one users at a time log in.
