Pros
Callback Tracker has been a great addition to our business. It's easy to use, flexible and the CTA features and reporting are a big plus. The support for this product is excellent, and their team makes use of they feedback they receive.
Cons
We have no complaints. We would however would like the ability to export some of the CTA data

A former SEO company signed us up with Call Back Tracker and when we moved to a different firm we lost the software and we felt a large difference in the leads coming in. We tried another software that you need a programming degree to use. Needless to say, we have switched back to call back tracker and are very happy.
Pros
Software is easy to use, install and provides excellent reporting on data and notifications of calls. Very flexible and adaptable to different settings.
Cons
I really don't have anything to say negative. I wish it were a little cheaper but is still a value for the service provided.

A great overall experience using their product. I think it looks great on website and has some very useful backend features. Their support team is excellent. They make a huge effort to listen to customers and implement new features. Highly recommend this system for any website.
Pros
* Love the visual CTA and presence on website
* Love the convenience for customers
* Love how their team listens to customers
* Love the fact they have added goal tracking etc
Overall, a very clean, simple call back mechanism that looks great and has some great backend functionality.
Cons
There is not much I do not like about this product. Some small requests would be multiple cc/bcc notifications for administrative staff | Additional ad keyword template tracking options for ppc campaigns | ability to target individual pages for callback rather than entire site. However, what it does, it does extremely well!

Pros
The support team was very responsive and was willing to make certain customization's to meet my business needs.
Cons
I would like to see the add the ability to allow customer to schedule an appointment at a later date and automate the call back process.

Pros
Fast installation. Works every time. Email updates of calls, missed calls, and recordings. Easy way to improve user experience with not much effort.
Cons
not much. the little room for improvement is constantly being addressed.
