Business analytics functions are severely lacking. They've supposedly been "in progress" since we started using Tutorcruncher 4 years ago and still nothing has changed

I find TutorCruncher to be very organized and user friendly.

Occasionally it has been challenging to get the answers needed through chat.

nothing anymore, because everything breaks after a while on this platform

absolutely rubbish service: email templates change without me changing anything, failed payment emails don't get sent, credit requests don't work properly, and it all comes at a hefty price from tutor cruncher who is most of the time unable to help.

The tutor listing feature is really cool. This allows us to list expert tutors for a direct booking by leaners

The fact that the white label feature isn't really affordable for all.

Emailing through tutor cruncher can be clunky. would be great it if it had an app.

very practical platform for tutoring business with everything in 1 place,

a lot to learn and lots of settings to put in place but the customer helpdesk [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful so far . Thank you :)

I enjoy that it helps us better keep track of the flow of money,
It allows me to see the tutor calendars at a glance or specifically for each,
It's a one stop place to capture student and tutor details

It took some time to get used to the functions especially with the flow of invoicing and who sets what. Also they don't have the ability for parents to pay for a set number of sessions ahead of time through the agency side,

We like that everything is in one place as much as possible with our current system.

We are waiting for the credits system instead of monetary system to be implemented.

The ability for tutors to do their own invoicing and split payments work well and keep us below the VAT threshold.

The customer service is terrible. The agents try their best, but language barriers seem to be an issue. The questions don't get answered fully the first time round, there is a lot of back and forth until the agent understands what you mean, often you figure out the answer yourself in the process (by elimination) and I have been given wrong information in the past, such as that it is possible to split payment three ways - it is not!! This then caused issues with tutor payments. It would be good if this feature was available, it looks like it should be - but then it doesn't work with Stripe.

I would have to employ an administrative person and train them if I didn't have Tutorcruncher. It is more reliable too I expect!

It would be great to have an app rather than me signing in via Google on my phone. It's great on my PC but an app on the mobile would help.

It is very user-friendly and easy for administrators, tutors, students and clients to use.

Some of the functions can be a little clunky and slow. Also, at times it can be confusing how there are a few different ways to do the same task.

Easy to use the tools, high uptime and able to manage most of my workflow.

Occasionally clunky, missing some functionality in the detail of certain workflows, and quite expensive.

TutorCruncher has helped us organise in ways we weren’t achieving

Transactional costs per lesson - obviously this is Stripe but still quite a significant chunk of the margins

I love the auto invoicing and the lesson reports option. It’s an amazing product.

Customer service and lack of training. The time difference between the US and the UK makes it difficult to get an immediate answer.

Very easy and simple to use. Staff very friendly and responsive.

No negatives, simple to use and very useful for my business.

Intuitive - integrates with lesson space.
Keeps a record of everything for the team to see.

Sometimes hard to know what has been sent.
Some clunkiness in how pages work.

I could not run the business without it. Makes client management and payments seamless.

It is not always intuitive on how to use and requires a bit of navigating.

Customisation abilities, automated accounting

Lack of features: ie, chat system, tick multiple boxes of forms

That it was able to easily rectify all the pressure points that was consuming time in day to day operations

That it doesn't enable personalised cancellation policies.

TutorCruncher has dramatically reduced my workload and made all of our systems so much more efficient. Easy to use on your phone and easy for clients to use.

There are a few things that could be developed such as; tutors being able to assign unavailable time as well as available, client and student profiles syncing to reduce data input etc
