We have a great relationship with them and look forward to the future. We changed from our previous POS company mostly dues to online ordering issues. Now our customers love their ordering experience both on our mobile app and regular browser ordering.
Pros
They have the technology in place to keep up with the fast changing digital world. They are organized in implementing new locations and updates.
Cons
There seems to be confusion when it comes to billing for different services especially with the new High Radius billing implementation.

I have found Hungerrush to be extremely user friendly and responsive whenever we rarely run into issues. I feel like Hungerrush allows us to focus on what we need to so that we can best be successful in our every day mission of wow'ing our guests.
Pros
Hungerrush makes my team's job easier which means happier team, happier guests! Customer service is top notch and they are truly invested in being great partners.
Cons
My only issue with Hungerrush was lack of kiosks. However, in true Hungerrush fashion, we are currently in a series of calls to discuss how that can be rectified quickly but correctly. Love being with a solution minded partner!
Reasons for Choosing HungerRush 360
Absolutely WORST point of sale since 1990. Products that are not well thought out, roll out was awful and cumbersome, customer service was non existent and there was always an annual required upsell with products less than 5 or 6 years old sunsetting.Switched From

its been very up and down over the last few years but the last 6-10 months have been nothing but up and very strong positives which is why this very is so positive.
Pros
Doordash and Ubereats integration. texting the customer their order updates. [sensitive content hidden] is great, very responsive and always gives 100%. Employee of the year. Yall are doing great.
Cons
There is still a lack of menu consistency amongst multiple stores. There needs to be a "brand menu" but it still needs to have some customization to be manipulated for individual stores. EX: Food is the same at multiple stores but alcohol is different at stores. it would be nice to change one food item and it change at all stores.

Terrible. They took a week to install, and it was only a week because i was calling everyday, tablets wont work if you are 5 feet away from the router, freezes all the time, cheap, outdated - made in china. Customer service will be available 24/7, but they have very limited knowledge, if your issue will be a little complicated, be prepared to work without POS for hours, specially if it is after 5pm. There is no one you can talk to, no one is responsible, your account manager is a teenager, if you be able to talk to your account manager, she/he will be more prepared to lie to you instead of getting through your issues. Huge mistake, i went to hunger rush formally revention, thinking about they would make my life easier, with employee shortage, it made the situation way worse.

Software integration, friendly, extremely easy on employee the training.
Cons
They got stock in 1999, great software but outdated hardware, cheap kind. When you purchase a POS like hunger rush, for the price you pay, you will expect a lot more than what they offer. Outdated, slow, very expensive. customer service fast to answer, but really slow to fix your issue, when they can fix it, most of the time they have to escalate and you will be waiting forever, some times weeks. I had only one computer for 2 months, because they could not fix the tablets.

We have used them for almost 10 years and in that time they have been consistent and always willing to help us out with any issues we have. They also follow through any tech issues until a resolution is found.
Pros
I like that is is all inclusive and is not like other POS companies that require you to piece it together one service at a time.
Cons
It's really hard to get ahold of the accounting department if you have any accounting issues.

It has helped us because more proactive in building sales and profits. 360 helps us grow our technology as a brand without being a technology company.
Pros
They call it the white glove approach, 360 allows operators to concentrate on the business and still have ongoing marketing campaigns.
Cons
It is newer and there are still some challenges that we had to work through to fit our brand, but HR really works to address those issues as soon as possible.

Pros
Tech-support! They're always there when we have problems and I never have to wait too long.
And the other thing would be our sales associate [sensitive content hidden]. She has been very helpful in resolving issues and leading our company in the right direction.
Cons

I have been a customer for a very long time. My overall experience is an A- which is probably the highest rating in the business. No one is perfect but when something goes wrong they generally solve it VERY quickly and are always trying to inovate and integrate with new tech!

Pros
Our customer success manager,[sensitive content hidden] who always helps us with our system troubles. These two always go out of their way to help us any time we need something fixed or learning more about the system. [sensitive content hidden] is also fantastic and helps us with our marketing needs!
Cons
I wish our surveys had a link that the customer completing the survey could leave US a review on google or something. Sometimes tech support is not always familiar with all of the issues and it would help us if they were so that issues were resolved more quickly.

Pros
HungerRush is feature rich. I have seen many improvements over the years. My [sensitive content hidden] has really made the difference in getting my issued handled when needed. Between features and support I will continue to use HungerRush as a critical part of my business.
Cons
HungerRush is feature rich but that comes at a cost. It is expensive. I do feel that when taking advance of all the feature it is worth it and makes for a Point of Sale system that my business cannot live without.

Overall we really enjoy the HungerRush Platform. If it wasn't for our Customer Success Agent [sensitive content hidden] always solving any issue we have, we would have probably switched to a different company. Whenever anything major happens she always sends the issue to the correct person and it gets fixed way quicker than waiting for customer service. She goes above and beyond all the time and we truly appreciate her!

Pros
The delivery component is unmatched as well as ease of use of the entire system. Being able to pull time cards easily and reporting for the drivers being integrated is helpful as well.
Cons
The pricing is a bit more expensive than competitors in the market and if there were more options for third party integrations that would be great. Slice and GrubHub integrations please!

Pros
Ease of use for the system, reports and number of reports, inventory controls, and time clocks all integrated makes the system super intuitive. I have never seen another POS system and wished my system had that feature because our system works so well.
Cons
Self ordering Kiosks are not an option, and I would love to have the option to help line bust and mobile credit card terminals for our delivery drivers.

Pros
Online ordering and delivery functions are the best part about HungerRush. The mobile app makes a difference and gives customers a more personal way to order from us. These features in addition to have a direct person to call at all times, [sensitive content hidden], help me run my concept.
Cons
HungerRush could benefit from creating a self ordering option such as a kiosk (mobile too) or QR code that we could use remotely if we are featured at a food festival, etc. Really hope to see text released this year to give our customers updates on their orders via text.

Pros
The biggest thing that we first liked was how intuitive it was and its ability to do what we need it to do like half and half pizzas, toppings, and light toppings, etc. I am not the most technical person, but I was able to program it myself.
Cons
We would like to have the option to print or not print merchant receipts/customer copies.

Pros
System is very intuitive for building the menu and adding coupons. We use Restaurant 365 for our bookkeeping and the system integrates with it very well. Delivery dispatch setup is very intuitive as well in the way that it ties into the map and shows estimated delivery time. The 24/7 support is great also- we don't have to wait very long as support has made serious improvements.
Cons
More third party integrations- we were really excited when Uber Eats was released so the more options the better. The reporting can be glitchy sometimes forcing us to reload to remove the glitch, but its fixable. We would love to see an option to auto-dispatch deliveries versus manually selecting drivers for the deliveries.

Online ordering tickets print seamlessly in the kitchen making it easy for our kitchen staff to produce orders quickly and efficiently. Putting in orders from the POS is simple and prints easily for the kitchen staff as well

Percentage tipped out for different labor types can be difficult and changing cash drawers mid shift has room for improvement.
