This tool is amazing and every company should be using it! I have never used a more efficient accounting approval and purchase tool. Love, love, love it!

Pros

I first started using this app as an Office Manager you may be several purchases in one day. I'd spend a full day once a month going back and finding my receipts in my inbox or dig through my wallet. Now, I get my purchases approved and have accountability to load my receipt directly after the purchase. It's such a time saver!

Cons

I wish there was a physical card we could use for in-person transactions or places that require a card.

Pros

Fantastic user interface! It’s intuitive and easy to use, with convenient features like copying card numbers, uploading receipts, and viewing transactions seamlessly.

Cons

I’m not sure if using the mobile app is an additional paid feature, but it would be great to have access to it or the option to add the card to Apple Pay for convenience.

Easy Credit Card Managment

Pros

I like that it simplifies the approval process for credit card requests. I also like that I can see who has approved the request already, and I can ask for comments directly in the tool. I can also see all our transactions in one simple table, and it loads directly to NetSuite.

Cons

I wish I could view who has already approved in Slack notifications without having to go into my browser.

The User Interface is great and the ability to transparently see reimbursements helps my organization move faster.

Cons

Sometimes it's unclear how the approval process differs from expense to expense. Maybe there's an opportunity to automate some recognition with AI.

Pros

Access to a digital company credit has changed our in-office purchases. Teampay is very user friendly and easy to make changes if needed.

Cons

Lack of a physical card requires more steps with hotel booking.

It was great, I enjoyed using it. I was apprehensive before using it because paying for stuff is never fun (especially as an engineer when I have much else to do), but it made the process quite easy.

Pros

I used teampay to load virtual cards via our finance team and use it to pay our OpenAI bills. I liked the intuitive UX, I could easily find my cards, the balances, the expenditure. It was also updated real-time and no delay. I also liked the intuitive UI a lot, the color scheme and the quirky font.

Cons

It was sometimes not clear why my transactions were getting denied (lack of funds or cancelation of card)

It has allowed me to see what’s happening with pending documents. It helps me see where approvals are at in the steps. For example, now I know when my manager approvals team pay. I like the alerts as well to let me know step by step when I will receive funds

Pros

Visibility into the platform. It allows me to see each step which provides confidence that pending request are being managed and processed timely.

Cons

Glitches in the system where approvals have been done but payout not finalized. Even with this it still helps me because I can notify someone to say I think there’s a problem.

From the POV of a user who is not part of the Finance org - it is super easy to get started with and use, making the virtual cards very relevant for smaller expenses. The slack integration is a great add-on.

Cons

Platform can have minor glitches. Requestors don't have an option to change or request for change of details(like cost centre, approval group etc. ) mentioned within the Teampay profile.

Website is very easy to navigate. Uploads so an error immediately if there's an issue with a document which helped me get the issue before the request was submitted.

I have had a good experience. I love the convenience of supervising and adding additional funds on the fly when I am traveling. I also appreciate the ability to manage my team's cards and track spending against my budgets.

Pros

I love TeamPay. My team and I use it for all work travel. It is super easy to use and pull reports for review. I love managing all of my team's cards in one location.

Cons

I can't say anything terrible about Teampay. My experience has been great.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive form filling that fills sequential. Setting up new forms was also easy to understand and quick.

Cons

The ease of filling out the form depends on the person who built it. It could help if there was a way to add info boxes/notes on how to filll it while the user is asked to fill it - I had to create and distribute a tutorial for contractors that they'd follow (open as separate PDF while filling form on web)
