The pricing is a little higher than expected, but still a good solution for the cost.

It's a good tool for employers to track employee reimbursements and pay them accurately. Its helps employers to set limits and make sure only the set amount is utilized. For an employee it's easy to track how much is spent and what the remaining amount is available to reimburse.

It's slightly complicated if you are a newbie or not a frequent user. I found it difficult to navigate the whole process since it involves multiple steps such as saving, choosing, submitting, which can be a hassle ending up only with the partial process. I wish there was a das board to quickly look and get an idea of what is available and what was spent, rather than searching it. Probably it might be the employer's fault at not setting it right for the employees. But as an employee, I feel it is slightly challenging to navigate the whole reimbursement process.

You can have different users, you get alerted when the file is complete and you can run reports

there isn't a manager side where our hiring managers can see if their employee is entered and if the results are back, but they cannot see the actual results.

Gorilla mat is very sturdy and easy to use. I use it daily when I workout. It does not rip or tear and is very durable. Highly recommend

As an administrator and user, it's cumbersome to have to log in and out of both accounts to complete different tasks within the software.

Product is easy to use and very accurate for reporting.

I don't have anything bad to say items have been made easier to use.

There were occasional issues with access to the mobile app.

Maybe a video should be place for tradings for learners that are visual.

It was hard to keep track of my expenses. I couldn’t always tell ilwhen they were submitted correctly. I lost some reimbursements as a result.

I like that it is all-in-one. It saves so much time because it is user-friendly. It is efficient, too.

I don't like the small fonts. It will improve more if bolder color were used.

It is easy to utilize and manage. Going in on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to complete my expense report is easy and efficient. I work for a government agency that has many rules and regulations on what and how to expense things. The software makes that process easy.

This software is user friendly and very easy to navigate through.

There isn't anything really that I don't like about this software. It's user friends, fast and easy.

I like the app, and that I can scan my receipts in the app and it will save them for when I am ready to submit my expenses.

Sometimes if I pull in a receipt, it will change information I have already input into the expense that I didn't want changed.

It's intuitive and easy to use. Didn't require a lot of training for my use.

I haven't used in in so long that I can't recall.

I enjoyed having a detailed description of each expense report that I had recorded.

When I was first starting to utilize it I had to learn by trial and error.

Very easy to get started and customer service is great fast response.

sometimes pictures turn so blur and difficult to upload.
(Those are just crutch but happened after apple updates)

If I had to come up with something - it shows what reimbursements are pending and wich are completed.

Not very intuitive. You have to create a test or fake expense in order to see what your remaining balance is. It seems like some steps are repeated just to get to the next actual step. It could be more organized and user friendly.

I like some aspects of Gorilla. When it works, it works well. Some days it signs you out and is very slow.

I wish I could copy splits. It does run slow at times.

User friendly and it’s never glitchy. I’ve never had a problem using it.
