Gorilla Expense enables organizations to store receipts in a centralized repository and create charts, graphs, or ad-hoc reports to gain visibility into performance, and travel and expense (T&E) data. Managers can approve, decline, view, save, and redirect submitted expense reports to other departments for final approval. Users can automatically import corporate credit card transactions to expense reports and synchronize receipt data across mobile or web devices. The mobile application also helps staff members designate expenses as reimbursable or non-reimbursable, capture images of receipts, view timesheets, choose currencies, locations, or vendors to submit mileage information, and more.
Gorilla Expense facilitates integration with various third-party accounting, payroll, and single sign-on systems such as Okta, Blackbaud, Sage X3, Sage 100 ERP, Sage 300 CRE, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Binary Stream MEM and PaperSave, among others. Pros
It's a good tool for employers to track employee reimbursements and pay them accurately. Its helps employers to set limits and make sure only the set amount is utilized. For an employee it's easy to track how much is spent and what the remaining amount is available to reimburse.
Cons
It's slightly complicated if you are a newbie or not a frequent user. I found it difficult to navigate the whole process since it involves multiple steps such as saving, choosing, submitting, which can be a hassle ending up only with the partial process. I wish there was a das board to quickly look and get an idea of what is available and what was spent, rather than searching it. Probably it might be the employer's fault at not setting it right for the employees. But as an employee, I feel it is slightly challenging to navigate the whole reimbursement process.

Pros
You can have different users, you get alerted when the file is complete and you can run reports
Cons
there isn't a manager side where our hiring managers can see if their employee is entered and if the results are back, but they cannot see the actual results.

Gorilla mat is very sturdy and easy to use. I use it daily when I workout. It does not rip or tear and is very durable. Highly recommend
