Very positive and has taken our safety systems to a higher maturer level.
Very positive and has taken our safety systems to a higher maturer level.
Pros
The array of modules available to the user is considerable and easy to use. Especially the mobile plant and vehicle pre-start N-Taps. This is a next level product that has helped us to reduce operational costs.
Cons
The process of migrating large amounts of data into the system. If I had a crystal ball I would have provided more in the initial set up stages rather than having to individually input it later on.
Reasons for Switching to WHS Monitor
Bang for buck and due to the vast array of modules available.- Industry: Construction

There are two critical component to any software package, functionality and support, [sensitive content hidden] provide AAA Grade support for the WHS Monitor product and provide at times instant response via phone or same hour response by email. The result is a world class product backed by a professional team of support experts.
Pros
As a group, the WHS Monitor asset register has proven to be critical for daily pre starts using the asset QTAP system. The tier one compliance requirements for inducting equipment onto work site has been simplified by having our Asset Data in one place, capturing daily pre starts, asset details and maintenance schedules.
Cons
There is nothing to mention here as a least like , WHS Monitor for us as a group is under utilized, we plan to expand the features across the business in the near future.

Pros
Ease of incident reporting for workers out on site using QR codes.
Cons
The most disappointing things is that some of the sections dont link up to each other, eg. archived workers doesn't delete training or licence records for that worker, hence having to manual do it (time consuming)

Pros
Easy to produce transport documents and navigate chemical register
Cons
As we only use for transport documents, the need to set up different warehouses to fit all the chemicals we have was unneccessary

I have had great experience using WHS Monitor. From the initial setup, rolling out of the program, ongoing use of the program to customer support.

The training modules do not go into enough detail in regards to modifying the system so it can be tailor better to suit an organisation's requirements.

from the start of our search for a new cloud based system to now, I have been impressed with the hard work and dedication of the WHS Monitor team. from your sales teams to your customer service, technical staff and beyond, everyone is always happy to assist. Our experience has been very positive which is why we are now upgrading to use all the WHS modules.
Pros
Customer service is the best part of this software. Responses are immediate , employees take it upon themselves to not only answer any questions you have, but to help you understand the full capabilities of the system.
Cons
Nothing as of yet. We are now going from single module use to an enterprise agreement for the whole company, so ask me again in a few months :)
