The company behind Maxbill, Lognet is evry responsibe and the truly understand our business and thats why Maxbill has a good fit.

Pros

Flexibility, product capacilities and the experience of Lognet Systems.

Cons

We have recently moved to a new version while the prevous version was prety tailored to our business needs. It took a while to get the new version at the same level of quality and functionality but we are almost therere.

Due to the large amount of invoices that we need to issue on a monthly basis, Maxbill helps to make this process easier, however, there are things that need to be improved to reduce the amount of mistakes

Pros

Maxbill team is always very willing to help and assist with any changes or setups required, to ensure the best result possible when issuing the invoices

Cons

When requesting changes through the Commercial Rules, some changes seem to be missed and also some fields in the Commercial Rules are changed without requesting it, this creates a leak in the credibility of the data

On top of the bread and butter functionalities MaxBill is Uniquily adaptabel to rapid changes in business conditions

Pros

Software can be used in complex environments and offers loads of options that can be used so it covers all business requirements.

Cons

Lots of customizations needed, and standard technologies (like ADFS) are not available and need to be developed.

API integration is really good.
Ease of using 'scripts' to change resources.
Integrations with our own products.
If something doesn't exist, it can be created.
