I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.

Pros

I can store information shared by clients, making it easier to maintain context across conversations, such as ongoing projects, or details for future reference. Also, it made it easy to share content with colleagues.

Cons

I did not like that I could not change the pertinent information myself, the administrator of the team could only do that, and it sometime delayed my work process.

I use it on a daily basis, in general it is a good solution to store everything customer-related, not only as a large business card holder but a project manager deals and agendas.

Pros

It is a good CRM where everything can be organized by leads and opportunities. I like that it is easy to keep track of everything that is customer related and it allows you to integrate with another different tools for quoting.

Cons

Since it is all in one, sometimes the interface it is not user-friendly and it can take a while to find what you are looking for.

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for managing customer relationships and sales processes, and once you get the hang of it, it can really improve how you work. The platform helps keep everything organized and gives you a clear view of your sales pipeline and performance. It took some time to learn at first because there are so many features, but the customization and automation options are worth it. The ability to work from anywhere with the mobile app is also a huge plus. Overall, it’s a solid tool for any sales team.

Pros

What I liked most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how easily it can be customized to meet business needs. It helps organize and manage customers and deals in a flexible and simple way. It also allows for quick and accurate reporting, making it easy to track performance and make decisions. The integration with other tools and the mobile app make it convenient for sales teams to work from anywhere.

Cons

What I liked least about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it takes time to learn and get comfortable with everything. Also, the customization options, while helpful, sometimes require more technical skills or extra support from a developer, especially if you want something very specific. It’s powerful, but the learning curve and setup can be challenging for new users or small teams without a lot of tech resources.
