Overall I'm very satisfied with Springly. Creating the website was easy and so is managing it. The CRM, event and membership management modules work well. And the price for the overall platform is hard to beat.
Pros
I like the look of the website and how easy it is to update. I particularly like how fessa it is to create new and manage events.
Cons
Some (minor) features are almost there but not quite, which makes them unusable at this stage. Not a big deal but it looks like it wouldn't take much to make them work properly.

Pros
Springly has the needed functions for non-profit administration. Having tags for different membership groups makes it easy to pull information. Step-by-step process in response to backend and customizable fields on the platform.
Cons
No live representative when something needs to be checked right away. Needs more access to customization of all communication and more than one communication channel. Integrating social media and direct payment links that do not require registration or multiple pages to get to payment processing entry.

If I'm being honest, not much. I have begged our group to find an alternative to switch to.
Cons
Not a lot of flexibility with setting up a page. Members are constantly having issues getting payments to process. Members do not Re dive our emails & we have received a poor rating for basically no reason. No easy way to contact a person on the phone.

I love that it has everything you need all together: the biggest factor would probably be that if you are fundraising/selling something/excepting donations that the financial is integrated into it
Cons
I found some of the technology difficult to use – but the help that they gave me was great, and they were quick to respond

We subscribed to Springly tool after vetting multiple products comparing the benefits that we get out of the tool VS $$$ that we have to spend being a non-profit. It really worked very well for an organization of our size (300 volunteers, 25 team members). We were able to setup the membership campaigns as clearly and simple as possible. Got good feedback from volunteers that the process is smooth and very easy to use compared to the issues we had previously using google forms/WordPress forms etc. Overall very happy with the tool so far!
Pros
Email Campaigns, membership payments, automated confirmation for membership registration, payment processing (debits/refunds etc.), email communications with their volunteers, website feature, statistics & reporting metrics for data visualization
Cons
No support for Family Membership - 1 Adult and multiple children from same family cannot use 1 membership campaign.Need to create contact fields which get tagged with all membership forms by default - only way to handle this is to keep hiding the fields not necessary. But this creates records in the database with entire set of fields which are empty if not populated.No ability to edit/remove certain features/content that shows up by default from Springly on the membership campaign headers.No ability to migrate a pre-existing website from different hosting provider to Springly and have to re-create the website again from scratch, which is not good practice, time & resource consuming.

We have been using Springly for over 6 months. It has proven to be a great help in monitoring payments received from individual members for specific club events. This has saved us hours of tracking down who paid what, when and for what function.
Pros
It encompasses all of our operations and information in one package. Very easy for any of our members to view the information available to our general membership while keeping secure our more sensitive information that is available only to administrators.
Cons
Overall it is a simple and effective tool in managing our accounting and database. I am still struggling with allocations of funds to individual accounts, but I am sure this is something that will be easily overcome with product support conversation.

Prior to Springly, our membership secretary kept a simple database on her personal computer since about 1999. She passed away from COVID and we were left without anyone knowing her system. We moved everything to Springly. Springly has been inexpensive and after learning the system, easy to use. Now, our small group, about 300+ members, will have the data and history in a single location when the next membership secretary is elected.
Pros
We are a small nonprofit group, just over 300 members and we use Springly to manage our memberships. It does everything we need it to and more!!
Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve. Once you got the hang of how the system works though, it was super simple. Customer support was fantastic though in helping to answer questions!

Very difficult to get help when needed. Most issues not resolved. It does not recognize members added manually. Custom reports are impossible to extract. Does not provide Membership number and unable to provide membership cards or certificates to members. Membership data (information) is not stored in one place. NO help to setup was available when we initially bought the Product. We are considering to change over to some user-friendly and helpful software.

Repeatedly stood up by reps

Pros
The software had the potential to work well for our needs, unfortunately, we were stood up repeatedly by product specialists who blamed 'technology' and 'the system' for why they didn't attend meetings that they organized, in spite of sending us multiple confirmation emails, as well as accepting calendar invites (that they also organized). After wasting an hour waiting in Zoom meetings for them to attend, and getting half hearted excuses and no real apologies, we went with a different product.
Cons
Customer service was abysmal, product specialist team had no interest in helping us navigate the product, extremely limited support hours.

What I like most about Springly is what I use most, which is the events tab! I like that there are many options for scheduling and event an option to charge and collect fees.

You can take payment online, do accounting, and keep track of membership.
Cons
Its not intuitive to use. The accounting is choppy and hard to use. It's not a clean using interface overall.

After having made a tour of the competitors, the association of which I am president decided to pass on Springly for the richness of its functionalities, very far ahead of the competition. The strong integration between the various elements allows a saving of time more than appreciable. We are currently in the process of re-registration, which involved a lot of accounting entries (nearly 200), and which is now transparent. The entries are automatically generated directly in the correct cost elements. The integration of a means of payment via credit cards and automated bank reconciliation make the use of the accounting system even more efficient. As for the website, which can still be improved, it benefits from this integration and is currently used as a member's area, with a number of paid or unpaid services offered. The product evolves regularly, which is the sign of a dynamic development team that listens to its customers. To paraphrase an old advert: "To try it is to adopt it!
Pros
The automated registration process associated with online payment has saved us a lot of time. Formerly we used to spent about 300 hours for accounting purposes. After setting up Springly, we divided this time by a factor of 10. Transparency, easiness of consultation wherever you are, are other key benefits of this platform.
Cons
The web site part is our member's space. This is the only part that should be enhanced and give the administrators more customization options. I'm picky saying this because the current features allow to develope a nice web site and integrate the other features of the platform, but I'd like more advanced options in terms of CSS for instance.

Revolutionized the daily operation of our organization

Pros
Springly has been a great help to the daily running of our organization and allows us to scale by introducing more sophisticated features as and when we need them. Also, being able to share data access with the other administrators has made teamwork a lot easier. The cloud-based system means we are no longer at risk of losing data should my computer break down.
Cons
Nothing major to report as of yet, but more features and integrations could never go amiss.

Pros
Springly is an ideal platform for our needs, a large regional organization with many chapters to manage, and a great emailing feature. The Springly team really listens to suggestions of features to add, and the upcoming product improvement list proves it... even if sometimes we would like our requests to become reality a bit faster ;). Updates are very intuitive and functional.

A Fresh Start!

Pros
After deciding to shift our entire system over to Springly, we have been very impressed with the software and how it continues to help us on a daily basis. The response time is excellent, the user experience is pleasant, and listing new products on the online store (i.e. cruises and training packages for us) is super simple. We have essentially managed to revitalize our organization by adopting Springly!
Cons
No major points of improvement stand out, at the moment we are happy with the product.

This software is perfect even for a small nonprofit and it changed the life of our secretary and accountant! The accounting processing is easy, efficient, and reliable as is the communication module. I don’t regret my choice.

The accounting and communication modules are most impactful for us. The product is easy to use and the integration with our existing processes was easy.

The cost accounting module was improved already but I would like 2 more levels to be added.

Membership management, accounting, membership fees, receipts, etc... all integrated with a multitude of possible settings for each function.
Cons
There are so many functions that it's a bit of a gas factory and it's not always easy to find what you're looking for. So it takes some getting used to.
