Ease of the software. Too many loops to get to a certain thing. I shouldn't have to click 5 different boxes to get to what I want to see.

Being able to read transcripts and get data of conversions is the most valuable part of Liine.

Cons

The price is pretty high, I would love to be able to record all calls, but it is out of my pricerange.

Pros

I like that it compartmentalizes the information that is needed to further assist new leads. It is very helpful that calls are recorded as we can refer back to the phone calls and ensure that information is clearly and correctly communicated as well as utilize for training purposes.

Cons

I cannot say enough great things about Liine. I have very high expectations when it comes to lead management platforms, and Liine has blown me away. Their platform is incredibly smart and user friendly. We have been able to really drill down where our leads are coming from, what our ROI is with certain social media platforms, and also using it as a coaching opportunity for our employees who need help with converting since Liine is able to record all calls. I have recommended them to other colleagues.And their service is unlike anything out there. Their team is fun, engaging and respond instantly to our inquiries. I truly recommend them!!

Liine has provided actual DATA that we simply did not have before. The reporting feature has helped us make business decisions like figuring out how much money to allocate towards our marketing spend each month and which employees need more phone training

The access to call recordings have given us MAJOR insight as to what is happening on the phone! ( this is what initially peaked our curiosity in the first place) Our conversion rates used to be around 30% but are now 65%-70% after using the sales scripting they provide.

However, in my opinion the automated lead management part has probably been the most helpful tool...before we had Liine we were not getting back to important new lead inquires in a timely manner. Customer inquires were going to multiple different places and it was very hard to keep track of it all. With the Liine platform everything is in ONE place and it's easy to track your call attempts. Just this portion alone could replace a full time job for a high volume practice like ours
It makes me realize how much money we were probably leaving on the table all those years of not following up!

Pros

We have been using Liine for our Medical Spa practice for several years now and it has been a total game changer for us. The software gives us thoughtful, insightful and actionable information to help us grow as business. The interface is clear and very user friendly.

Cons

The speed at which we are able to return patient phone calls after they have filled out the form on our website goes above and beyond.

Cons

Sometimes the "pending line review" takes a bit too long and I don't see the "booked" status as quickly as I'd like.

My overall experience with Liine has been exceptional. From Day One, the customer service has been amazing and it's exciting to see the company continue to advance their technology/software, always keeping in mind the needs of their business partners.

Pros

I have used Liine for a long time, so initially my favorite thing about the software was the phone tree, ability to direct new patient calls to an appropriate person, and of course the data! The dashboard is fantastic and very user friendly. This is the type of data every business needs in order to measure how the team is doing, and what opportunities they may have missed. It's a very useful tool for training and coaching.

Cons

Some of the more recent advancements are good, but not quite there. For example, if our PCC emails a patient back instead of calling them, they have to manually enter this in the interaction log. I would also love to see this software integrate with our EMR. I think that's a critical next step...

Overall experience has been great. Everyone involved ([SENSITIVE CONTENT], just to name a few) are all exceptional at what they do. It has been a pleasure working with them throughout the entire process.

Pros

Easy to implement and use. Gives real time data and feedback to team members. Liine team members are amazing to work with.

Cons

There is no end user access to make changes to the VRs hosted on the Liine system. Not a huge deal, but I have to put in a request to support any time I want to make a change.
