Pros

Easy to navigate, quick support, and everyone is so kind and helpful!

Cons

sometimes AI gets confused and we have to submit calls to be adjusted, but everyone is so quick to help that its not a problem

Being able to have a set call cadence. Targeting campaign for certain procedures in office

Cons

Ease of the software. Too many loops to get to a certain thing. I shouldn't have to click 5 different boxes to get to what I want to see.
