We have been able to see great improvements within the contact center since we started using C1....

We have been able to see great improvements within the contact center since we started using C1. The team helped us optimize the tool for our needs to achieve 95%+ accuracy in forecasting.

Pros

Having all the tools within a single application. I am able to switch from one too the the other without having to open a new browser window or launch a new application. It also makes it easier to have a more wholistic view of what is happening within your contact center because the reporting is also intergrated.

Cons

Some of the back end configuration is not as straight forward and intuitive as I would like.

It has promise but it needs work. From a production standpoint, it lacks the ability to provide real-time updates and that is crucial.

Pros

Having the weekly schedule and reports in one location with one login and one application is necessary and appreciated.

Cons

I do not enjoy the fact that ready-time adherence does not update in a timely manner.
The diagram/bar graph for ready-time adherence is illegible and undecipherable.
Schedule page requires you to hover over "break" to see the time.
Actual breaks and lunch taken never reflect. You never get a real-time update.

Seeing where I am supposed to be. It helps me manage my day.

Cons

That it can be changed without notifying me of the change. That is the worst feature in any program. The system should send out an automatic email saying something has changed in Calabrio.

easy to manage and use, can be access by anyone/employee weather compute or smart phones
real time update, can request schedule update up to 2 months prior

Cons

if the internet connection is slow the app will give you an error

Pros

Calabrio ONE is easy to use an navigate. I love the reports and being about to keep track of my time. Trading schedules and requesting time off is quick and easy. I also like the flexibility to adjust breaks and lunches within specific days.

Cons

I have yet to find any negative aspects of Calabrio ONE. My previous scheduling system had frequent downtime, but Calabrio ONE has been steady and consistent.

The thing I like most is that it was a WFM tool

Cons

Everything, it was slow, not user friendly, and overall myself and many others found problem after problem. The only thing that got me through using it is that it worked.
