Having previously used a CRM which was not built for Projects (highly frustrating), and a CRM which was built for Projects and totally customisable for your company (as in, every single thing needed to be set up from scratch before the system was even usable - ie difficult, lots of work, frustrating and inefficient unless you had a dedicated staff member working on it 5 days a week), Property Shell is an absolute dream compared to those! I love how it's an off-the-shelf product with plenty of scope to customise where needed. The basic functionality is usually more than adequate but if you need something special then the team will either set it up for you or show you how to do it. The customer service is great. We have a dedicated account manager (who doesn't charge us like the aforementioned company did) and there's a support team on hand as well. They regularly meet with us on Teams to work through how to use the system or how to solve an issue. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate around.

Unfortunately, the inability to push listings out to Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. We are able to overcome it because we also have Agent Box running concurrently with Property Shell (for other parts of our business) but if we didn't have that we'd be spending a lot more time loading listings manually to REA & Domain. This is literally my only gripe with PS.

It's a tailored solution to selling land and apartments off the plan. We weren't trying to fit our needs into a more general real estate system.

Some of our bulk uploads seemed a little complicated but we were able to get things rectified very quickly through the support team.

No user manual for referencing but customer service good

Property Shell is very intuitive and easy to use. Our whole team uses it on a daily basis and it's totally revolutionized lead capturing and management for us.

Better integration with online listing platforms would be useful.

Our team loves the ability to see the full sales process. E.g. from the time the lead comes in to the point where it gets converted to a sale and finally the settlement process.

So far there is nothing that we don't like about Property Shell.

The ease of recording appointments against each property and reporting is definitely one of the best features on Property Shell. Our team also really enjoys working with the team at Property Shell as they are always open to feedback and provide fantastic customer service.

It would be great if there's a functionality to freeze rows or columns in the Sales/Properties tables.

Overall, our experience with Property Shell property software has been highly positive. However, there is one aspect that we believe could be improved for a smoother user experience. The lack of drop-down boxes for selecting filter options within the software is a minor inconvenience that could be addressed to enhance usability.

Ease of setup and the commitment to integration and migration form the PS team. Once up and running has been one of the best CRM's we have used to date

Reporting and dashboards could be a little stronger, but the team is working with us to enable the next generation and evolution of these, so not an issue at all.

The product is easy to use as was the integration with other platforms used by us. I am new to this product and the support team at Property Shell have been amazing with my ongoing training as 'user issues' arise!

I am thrilled with Property Shell as it provides a comprehensive location for all our project documentation, accessible to all stakeholders. Nothing comes front of mind for limitations of Property Shell.

It is an extremely user-friendly software that makes managing sales, leads and accounting a breeze.

The phone app still needs a few more funstions.

Great crossover of customer and stock management. Ease of use. Great service and support

Some effort and education required with customer v lead workflow.

Excellent client support. Always receptive to client feedback. Very quick with responding to support tickets.

An improved mobile/APP Version would be preferable
