Pros
VidCruiter cuts down on unnecessary screening by allowing pre-recorded interview tools. When this is complimented by live interviews, it creates a powerful tool for recruiting.
Cons
There are occasional technical difficulties, but the customer service is responsive and fixes any issues quickly.

Awesome application to track applicants, candidates and new employees. Love the ability to rate applicants in the system.
Cons
Recently, notice that I am not able to select any positions on the rating tab to access the interview guide.

In terms of losing access to positions in the rating tab, either someone from your team changed the position's status so that you no longer have access or they disabled the position making it ineligible for additional ratings to be captured. If you needed to continue working with a certain position, you can contact one of your system administrators and they can either re-enable the position or change your permission level so that you can access to them again.
Feel free to reach out to us via the platform's built in chat feature or contact your dedicated VidCruiter Client Success Manager if you need to determine which System Administrator(s) that you should be reaching out to. We would also be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.

We are trying to optimize our recruiting process so that we save time and find great candidates, while also giving candidates a fantastic and streamlined experience. Multiple people from my org are involved in the recruiting process, and Vidcruiter makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page. The time-saving features also allow me to do more with my day!
Pros
The Vidcruiter team is incredibly responsive and helpful. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] proactively reached out to share new updates and features that he thought would help our team. Then he took time to actually help me implement and practice them. Our organization focuses on creating self-sufficient and time-saving solutions, and so many Vidcruiter features help me do just that. I love the automatic scheduling, video call option and ratings integration.
Cons
Vidcruiter seems to really listen to their customers and are working on one thing that would be helpful to me: allowing me to move between Admin and Guest. They are already working on this feature and it should be out in a couple of months.

We hear from candidates constantly that they have not experienced anything like the video interview capability. Our managers benefit greatly from being able to share the links saving valuable down time between interviews.
Cons
Having the ability to have built in checklists to ensure compliance would take the document onboarding processes to the next level.

VidCruiter has totally changed our volunteer interview experience. It has been easy to set up, easy to use and easy to manage and when dealing with a large volume of people it has made the whole process far less manual. We have received a lot of positive feedback and we would recommend them to any major event in the future. The team at VidCruiter are hard to put into words, they were with us every step of the way, willing to help day and night and we could not be more grateful to them. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

- Biggest pro- Volunteers did not need to download or login to any specific software it was simply a link to click on.
- From an administrator point of view we could also easily track volunteers every step of the way.
- It was quick to set up with multiple people interviewing at different times
- The emails could be customised
- Automated reminders could be sent
- Automated thank you email could be sent after completing their interview
- Easy to reschedule interviews where necessary
- Amazing software for large volumes of people
Cons
Honestly, there are no cons. VidCruiter ticked all boxes of what we needed. We still had a couple of people unable to hear/see on the interview but this was a handful out of 600, so we were delighted!

Once I post a position here it is posted on Indeed also.

Not being able to do a word search from the resume collected.

Just outstanding. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]'s team is like... friends. Coworkers. I have to remind myself sometimes that they are an entirely different company who likely have other clients beyond just me. It feels like I'm the priority, and I deeply appreciate it.
Pros
I'm fresh out of public education and have never used a system like this. So for my first, you've set the bar high! In particular, the customer service support team is amazing! Their turn around time, problem solving, and "teaching a girl to fish" way of working together, has me feeling like they are legitimate colleagues.
Cons
I don't have anything to compare VidCruiter with. I guess the only thing is, we also use Bullhorn, and if there were an integration system, I would LOVE that, but a little "copy/paste" isn't killing my time.

I have yet to encounter a company that has made implementation as easy as VidCruiter has made it. We have been fortunate to have [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team to partner with. They have been fantastic to work with. If we encountered any shift in a process, they have been quick to provide solutions and a fast turnaround time. Also, the technical support offered has been a great feature for all of our users to get prompt assistance. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

The ease of customizing it for each role and being able to screen higher caliber talent.
Cons
Along the way, if there have been features missing or specific needs that we have requested, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team have been fantastic about providing solutions and implementations.

Software not able to block applicants who apply with more than one emails.

Our system can automatically block applicants that use the same email, but there are also quick ways to identify applicants that use a different email address.
Having to manually enter test scores may mean that your process is not fully optimized in the system. Likely, there is another way of capturing scores that would prevent you from having to enter them manually.
I will pass on your comments to your Customer Success Managers but feel to also reach out to them at any time if you want to find out how we can prevent the cons that you mentioned.

I can add unlimited amount of position in this system, I can add pictures to the system, I can send a delayed email to candidates, I can send report on each product, This is linked with out payroll department.
Cons
Not being able to blacklist a candidate, not being able to have the question rotate, our evaluation not being scored individually (but this is being worked on).

We reviewed more than ten vendors that offered video interviewing applications and went with VidCruiter because they offered the most robust solution at a very reasonable price. The implementation was quick and easy. The UI is user friendly and recruiters, hiring managers and candidates have no problem using it. Their support is outstanding and they have made many customizations to the product based on our specific use case. Thank you

We have been using VidCruiter for almost a year now. We do a lot of recruiting at the front line agent level in Canada and Jamaica. Vid Cruiter has helped us become more efficient by allowing us to have our entire recruiting process in one data base. Everything we need is at our fingertips. Rep was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the entire set up process. He always had time for us.
Pros
We get all the information we need from the candidates as opposed to our recruiters doing the pre screening interviews. It saves us a tremendous amount of time. All the information we need is in one spot. Great for profiling.

As you may or may not know, we offer unlimited training and support for all our clients and all their users. The user journey is usually configured to your exact needs by an Expert here once you go through your first 3 or 4 training classes. It appears not all team members opted to attend our training classes and this could have caused a varied experience per user.
Since you raised the server speed concerns with us, we have increased our server capacity in Malaysia. With this improvement, your speed issue has been resolved as we now have auto-scaling servers. Again, I apologize, and if you email me directly, I will ensure to either extend your contract for free or add-on additional products for free to ensure you have 100% satisfaction with our products and tools. The team built out an incredible custom software feature for us which we cannot imagine living without now that it is fully integrated into our recruiting efforts. It was an incredibly easy process for us to set up thanks to the customer support staff taking the time to sit down and speak with us about what we wanted and what we needed and to subsequently deliver on time.

This software is easy to use and made the process of compliling our data smooth. The customer service team is the best I've experienced. Team members are all knowledgable and are always available to assist.
Cons
As with any software, there are limitiations, especially when it comes to specific needs. This software covered 95% of my needs.
