So, 2 of my friends (who aren’t Dutch) wanted to set up a company but had no idea how the process...
So, 2 of my friends (who aren’t Dutch) wanted to set up a company but had no idea how the process worked (since they don’t speak Dutch). When I tried to help them we found Ligo. They answered our questions via the live chat so fast!!! Now, they’re in the process of going through all the legal work. I’ve never seen them so excited!

Excellent customer service, foreign-friendly and professional.
Cons
There's nothing I didn't enjoy about working with the Ligo team.

Pros
We found Ligo after missing the deadline to multiple of our contracts, I convinced stakeholders at the company to get it and now we don't have situations like this anymore.
Cons
I am quite happy in general, don't really have anything to add here.

Cons
Ik heb via ligo.nl een aandeeloverdracht laten doen. Dat liep erg rommelig. Documenten die automatisch gegenereerd waren met fouten (moest tot drie keer aangeven waar dingen zoals ""conditions"=>{"0"=>{"action"=>"show", "field_id"=>"p1", "method"=>"eq", "value"=>"rp"}}}")), notaris die niet weet wat er in documenten staat (en ook 4 keer moet vragen om eens te kijken). Ik heb zware twijfels daardoor of de notaris en ligo hun werk wel goed hebben gedaan. Volgens ligo kan er ook niet een tweede blik door een ander geworpen worden ondanks een onprofessioneel en rommelig proces.
