About Coveo Relevance Cloud

Coveo Relevance Cloud is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled software designed to help businesses across manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, and other industries streamline enterprise search and knowledge management operations. It enables professionals to manage content filtering, agent responses, and customer service and support activities.

The platform provides case-deflecting recommendations to customer experience (CX) professionals based on users’ profiles, interactions, areas of interests, and issues. Coveo Relevance Cloud allows eCommerce organizations to gain insights into the buyer journey, track customer interactions, identify market trends, and measure the impact of search on average order value (AOV). It also offers a host of features such as entitlement management, text analysis, content personalization, indexing, data encryption, access control, reporting, and more.

It offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the application with several third-party platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sitecore, Zendesk, and more. Coveo Relevance Cloud also helps enterprises recommend products to customers based on their browsing history and purchasing behavior.

We use Coveo in our organization and integrated it with our knowledge-centered support. It's fairly simple and straightforward to implement. We have a ton of data in Salesforce and Coveo does a decent job of indexing them for search and knowledge base purposes.

Pros

This product integrates seamlessly with Salesforce giving a positive user experience. The results are fast, mostly relevant, and easy to understand. It allows a decent level of customizations and makes it flexible enough to achieve your specific business needs. With Coveo, I feel that our ticketing system offers better customer experience to the users and also helps with some case avoidance.

Cons

Sometimes, it gives an impression that the search results are not always relevant. The sorting and filtering options can be improved.
