PrimeFact5 is a modular on-premise configuration software system for the design and maintenance of complex products in the construction and furniture industry. It can be linked to CAD and ERP systems. Special configuration templates are available for steel, mechanical engineering, and furniture industries.

PrimeFact5 consists of the following: five core modules for building a product configurator; four business modules for supporting business processes; four standard modules with connectors for linking to SAP, MS Dynamics, AutoCAD, and Adobe InDesign; and finally, three technological modules for electronic data traffic to use on mobile devices, as well as one for placing a product configurator on a website, so customers can configure products for themselves. It is possible to use parts lists in a configuration. Components may also be configurable and contain BOMs. Knowledge rules are captured in tables, expressions, and C# scripts. The configurator layout is fully customizable.

In addition to standard connectors, links can be established via APIs. The software uses Microsoft .NET technology. Client-server communication goes through web services and works with an OLEDB interface.
