My overall experience with Olive has been excellent. The software is intuitive, efficient, and has significantly streamlined our business processes. The customer support is also exceptional, making it a pleasure to work with Olive.
Pros
I loved the user-friendly interface and the comprehensive features that Capterra Olive offers. It made managing our business processes effortlessly efficient.
Cons
While Capterra Olive has many great features, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar software options in the market.

We were invited to an RFP and that was my intro to Olive. We work on many RFP's per month. This tool made the process for our internal team significantly easier.

Excellent. After subscribing, it was quick to set up. One live session with a customer success manager got us up and fully functional with our first project. We used Olive over about five months of ERP+ requirements gathering and solution evaluation. Now we're using it to track implementation of the requirements, and expect it to help track testing.We're also using Olive for other projects with sets of requirements and multiple solutions to evaluate and compare, such as service providers.
Pros
Olive provides a well organized tool to capture project information and especially requirements. Our selection of an ERP and related systems included nearly 700 requirements. We had several users enter and weight the requirements, in a dozen categories. Communication with candidate solution providers was greatly facilitated, avoiding back-&-forth emails and spreadsheets. As we received solution responses, it was easy and flexible to compare solutions across the board and in specific areas. All of the responding vendors indicated they appreciated the streamlined process.Customer support is good -- responsive, flexible, creative.The application requirements templates are helpful -- provide a good set to build on.

The Olive team continues to build out the knowledge base, which will help new users.

I like the multi-level Weighting and Rating, the Collaboration, the fact you avoid hours of unnecessary meetings.
Cons
The UI was not always ideal, but it is improving all the time.
