Pros
I love that I can create the content I need ONE TIME and send it to all of my social media platforms! I can make the necessary adjustments for the various platforms before I submit, which eliminates having to go in to each platform to fix little errors

Pros
Pre-scheduling posts is great as my day-to-day varies, so I can work on and schedule social media during dedicated time. Adjusting the days of scheduled post if something more time-pressing appears is a great feature. Really easy to use, i.e. if someone has to use it while I'm away. Very intuitive.
Cons
I wish you could easily change the order the images when making a Twitter or Facebook post, as you can on Instagram. This makes it difficult when you're adding multiple slides. It would also be nice if you could upload PDFs, or have the ability to convert these in Sendible.

Pros
I like that the account can be white listed. I like that we can manage multiple clients social channels at once. I felt the best feature was the live reporting links you can send out.
Cons
This software is so glitchy. I often have to log out and back in to make features work. Sometimes the disappear altogether, or when I click them they don't fire. The users and accounts in the administration settings only work about 20% of the time. Literally every time I tried to change a user to a team member or anything with the user roles the changes never saved, wasting my time.
We asked the sendible reps to make a custom service for us and their wesbite was unable to process our credit card, 3 separate times. After all this, the custom service they delivered was not what we needed.
Linked in services have to be reconnected every 60 days requires some upkeep.

My overall experience with Sendible has been incredibly positive. The customer service is wonderful, which I haven't found in other platforms. I look forward to growing my business with Sendible. Partnering with them to accomplish my content management has been like having a business partner :)
Pros
I love being able to plan my content out, and schedule content for multiple clients at one time.
Cons
There are still some features missing, like posting to stories, but I'm sure there are API issues that stand in the way of that functionality. I do like that Sendible keeps improving and adding to the posting options. I still run into issues posting certain videos because of the dimensions, and I would love to see the software modify to automatically reformat videos that aren't modified by the user so that the content still posts automatically.

I have had a wonderful experience with Sendible and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a social media manager. If you are someone who values your time, this tool will work well with your goals.
Pros
I love that Sendible appreciates the importance of brand attendance and does not limit you to certain platforms just because you want to pay less. Most small companies (or in our case public schools) need to conserve their funds or are limited to what they can invest. Not only can you post to your favorite social networks, but they offer so many great tools to help you measure the success of your efforts.
Cons
I feel that it would be helpful to be able to archive posts and reuse them again later - for example, job listings - we have recurring positions and it would be great to be able to jump back into my archives to choose a template or repost an old position.
Also, I would love to be able to access our Media folder to clean up the duplicates. It takes me some serious time to locate an image I know I have used in the past and I find that it creates a legacy every time it reposts.

It's fantastic! It's saved us so much time and enables us to all work from one system rather than various documents. We always joke we should be on commission for Sendible as we recommend it so much.
Pros
The actual calendar is the best feature for us as we can hop between posts, drag and drop, and create content for multiple platforms. It's saved us so much time.
Cons
There are some bugs (for example, tags don't always pull through and sometimes we can't see all content unless filtered by profile and user) however Sendible's support team is fantastic and always solves the problem relatively quickly.

Overall, Sendible has been able to do everything we need it to do for our business. It is sometimes tricky, but usually gets the job done with minor errors. We are able to use it on our main platforms and we haven't had to request customer service support more than once in the last year, which is definitely a benefit. We have yet to take full advantage of the entire scope, but we're hoping to fix that soon. Sendible looks simple enough and is fairly manageable.
Pros
When you need something simple, you can use Sendible and keep it as simple as you want it. If you want it more complicated, there are enough widgets to use. There are alerts when things are happening, and I receive weekly emails regarding news, updates, and upcoming webinars that can provide insights into using the software, SEO, and more. Sendible is easy to work with and does the job I need it to do.
Cons
Sendible doesn't always learn quickly; some of the notifications refuse to go away. LinkedIn requires users to log in again through Sendible every 60-90 days which is tiresome and occasionally forgotten, so it affects our calendar. The tracked metrics could be more specific with more personalization opens. The webinars are occasionally helpful but can be repetitive. It doesn't interact well with Instagram and is limited to its social library.

Honestly the best social management tool I've used in any position and the most affordable with the most features at its price point. Even with some hiccups as any software has it is still the closest to the tool I'd create in my perfect world!
Pros
Sendible makes it really easy to create profiles and assign accounts to employees and provide clients with direct oversight and review powers!
Cons
It was tough originally getting to grips with getting clients into the software. There's the option to have them login through a website plugin but when something breaks you have to go back to the client to ask them to log in again instead of just keeping the passwords yourself and fixing it yourself.

From start to finish, this is by far the best Social Media Scheduling and workload platform I have ever used! Set up was a breeze, and the personal helo I received from customer executives were greatly appreciated. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. I LOVE that you can preview a post in its entirety before publishing to each of your social media platforms before publishing! This has been such a helpful feature that I have not been able to find with other programs.

The Best Kept Secret

Pros
When I was looking for software to schedule my social media clients, I was in a pickle because my previous software was unusable because they lost the API to Instagram. I knew Sprout well and other programs didn't have LinkedIn which I needed. When I found Sendible I was thrilled because the features are robust and the cost is reasonable. Scheduling multiple channels at once, analytics and reasonable cost are what sold me.
Cons
I wish there were separate categories for each client versus having to filter. I also wish the analytics were a bit more robust as I still have to use other programs to complete my client reporter - Sprout still wins the analytics category.

I have used every major social media posting software to manage the accounts of business clients and their clients. This one software is absolutely vital to my business. By far the features, support, and pricing of Sendible have provided the most reliable functionality and support in this niche. I have managed social media for brands professionally since 2012, while running my own firm since July, 2013. Their accounts must be up and running with fresh posts and interaction every day. Sendible offers the tools to do this. Whenever there is a glitch or connection issue, the customer support staff employed by Sendible is proactive in reaching out and updating the status. Since I have to manage dozens or even hundreds of social media profiles at a time, the pricing and features of a corporate level account are important. Sendible has provided me a custom subscription that meets my exact needs.

I run a blog and like to schedule social shares in advance. The software allows me to do that easily, including editing pending posts if I see something I've entered in error (typo typically). I'm a software developer by trade so when I find a bug I tend to give better than average bug descriptions. They're fairly responsive in fixing the issues I've addressed, with the exception of those problems specific to running on a touch-screen system.
Pros
I like the ability to schedule posts on most major social platforms. They're fairly responsive to changes made on respective platforms that affect ability to post. Can view "inbox" of platforms from Sendible instead of having to visit each.
Cons
They're typically quick to fix bugs I've reported. However, there are some interesting bugs on my touchscreen laptop that don't happen on a non-touchscreen system that they seem less interested in fixing.

Time management and productivity have increased significantly when we have social platforms managed, scheduled in advance, efficiently engaging with our audience.
Cons
I wish it could connect to tiktok, but overall, every other platform is getting engagement and in our business, engagement can be the difference in getting a deal.

Pros
The content management and posting is unbelievably intuitive and easy to use. It is better than any other social media content management platform I've used hands down! I wish we had Sendible when I worked at an agency. It would have made our lives SO much easier.
Cons
There are a couple of nitpicky items. One is the limited flexibility from a packaging standpoint. I work for a single company so I don't need a ton of profiles or users, but reports are vital and the reporting functionality is EXTREMELY limited without a much more expensive package. That being said, I do still feel like I am getting great value out of the product. There are a LOT of features you get at lower tiers.

Pros
I like the ease of use of Sendible, it makes training other people who may not be great with the computer super easy. I love the calendar integration and being able to post to even Google Business. It's a great software to use for businesses who don't have a ton of money but still want to get a hold on their social media planning.
Cons
The calendar view can be confusing and crowded when there are multiple posts a day, I wish that there was another easier way to view what is scheduled without having to click through everything. Being able to color code my own stuff would be beneficial too, instead of having default color coding depending on the platform.

I love that I can set up one post and schedule it to post at the time and date I want, now or in the future. I like that I can have it repeat on an hourly, daily, weekly or more time frame. Being able to add my own images in place of auto link. I also like that it uses a link shorten-er. Over all its a HUGE time saver
Cons
The only thing I do not like is having to redo my site links, especially linked in.

Pros
I love the reporting features they offer. Not only can we post content to our clients Facebook, Twitter, G+, and Instagram accounts, but we can offer in-depth reports on how well their social media pages are performing. I like that our clients can actually see what an impact we are having on their social media presence.
Cons
Only 1 user at a time can be logged in to our main account, which makes for some issues when multiple people need to work on something at the same time. The customer support team was very helpful with creating a work-around for us, but it still isn't as efficient as I would like it to be.

I love Sendible. After testing it over several months, I can say that it is open to everyone, but mainly to professionals. These tools are really powerful, and for those who manage to use them correctly, their turnover will quickly increase
Pros
Sendible is a tool for much more professional management of your web presence. As soon as you open its dashboard, you can see that it was designed for agencies; using it just for social media posts is a real waste lol. My favorite part is that it integrates well with WordPress. With Sendible, you have pretty advanced CRM management. Another of its strong points is the statistical data. I highly recommend it

I'm sure I don't use many of the features this software offers, but for our needs Sendible was definitely the most user friendly software I found. Features were easy to locate, and they actually did what they led you to believe it would instead of being something else entirely that made no sense to me.
Cons
I don't see where italics or bold print transfers over into the posts I schedule. If there is a way to fix this I just haven't found it yet.

Good choice for agency or managing multiple accounts

Pros
We use the content review and approval system the most. It enables the team to seamlessly create content and have it published across various social networks. They also updated their reporting which is a huge improvement. I'm very happy with how the new reports look. It's a good value for the number of networks they include and the reporting.
Cons
The approval process could be made quicker (similar to Buffer) because it adds in an extra click which I don't think is needed. The reports are a bit tricky to customize. But they are headed in the right direction.
