I like how you can integrate both OS systems for mobile apps and see data in one report/dashboard. Android is easier but iOS wasn't that hard either. I like how it integrates natively to all google products and you can set up conversion tracking with ease.

It's not easy to deploy and easy to use for a newcomer. Takes time to get to know how to use it and you'll probably need tech team help to integrate.

its quick notification delivery is best of all which is why almost every Android app use it. its also provide firebase database can be used for realtime chat also

i don't think much of its drawbacks . but i feel its firebase database will be better if used relational database approach

had a few issues with the software not loading and requiring a pc restart that got fixed later on in a patch overall not to bad

Data access code is very coupled to Firebase implementation. This will make it hard if you want to migrate off Firebase one day.
