I think it has been an important tool for us to schedule our content and understand how they are performing. It's annual report (a sum of all SM platforms performance) is absolutely amazing. A touch pricey, but highly recommended.
Pros
The ease of use. Very nice userflow. Impressive Dashboards. Easy to schedule and manage your content. Very nice analytics report. Their free educational resources are very helpful as well!
Cons
It is expensive. Also, one needs to reconnect the SM accounts as it tends to disconnect every now and then. Can't tag Instagram accounts while scheduling.

We used to like Hootsuite, it has a nice UI and UX but simply lacks features that we need to maintain our social media presence.
Cons
The cost of the software. So much software out there offers the same platform with more features for less.

I love Hootsuite. It has helped to improve my social media presence without actually wasting any time. I love that I can choose to publish one post on different platforms with Hootsuite. I am very happy and thankful.
Pros
I like that I can time schedule all the posts I want. Instead of going online and posting at that particular time, I can schedule when I want the post to go online.
Cons
Sometimes it gets connectivity issues. Other than that, I don't find any problem.

Hootsuite has everything you could ask for in a social media marketing app, and using Canva templates considering Canva is my favourite app anyway for this kind of thing makes it that much better

I used this suite for a few months with the aim of improving social media presence, with quite appreciable results. However, the complexity in setting up some analytics functions and the rather high costs of the paid plans, led me to evaluate other simpler and cheaper products.
Pros
It's a solid social media management platform with team collaboration features. The dashboard's clear and intuitive design and the global view of multiple social media feeds in one place make it very reliable.
Cons
Paid plans have rather high costs for small businesses compared to main competitors. Some advanced features like analytics or integrations may take time to practice.

We like that you can add all of your social media accounts to your Hootsuite and effectively manage them from one area.
Cons
We found that the pricing has gotten to be a bit much considering that social media is not a #1 driver of our business model.

Hootsuite has helped my company grow tremendously! I was able to see which social media platforms were getting the most attention from my advertising and which ones I needed to change. Sales and profits have gone up due to more people knowing about my company.

I really enjoy Hootsuite. Inserting a video/image and then writing some content for whichever accounts you select, and it's done! No more getting up on Christmas morning and logging into my laptop to post Merry Christmas. It just happens on its own!
Pros
I love the fact that I can add my social media platforms to the system and pick and choose which ones I want to use for a posting. Then I can schedule things for months easily! I wish it was cheaper, but it is comparable to other services that are out there. I would highly recommend it!
Cons
One thing that aggravates me is that my Instagram account seems to become disconnected on a regular basis. Just IG, none of the others. It's easy to fix, but just an unnecessary hiccup.

Pros
The ease of use is a massive plus for Hootsuite, both in analytics report generation (customized reports too!) and in multi-account management and scheduling. It's by far the most intuitive program I have used across this toolset.
Cons
The ease of batch re-scheduling a post across multiple platforms leaves a lot to be desired, but that is primarily the only pain point I have experienced with Hootsuite.

I love so many things about Hootsuite. The analytics and reporting features have been awesome for monthly reporting. It makes creating reports super easy and pulls great data points that bosses love to see. It makes social media management much more...well... manageable!
Cons
I wish I could incorporate other socials into the tool like Linkedin and Threads, maybe I haven't branched out enough but I would like to see how those work!

I have used it for 2 years, mostly to post on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, the sales usually go up when I use it, Its pretty easy to use. Could be a little better but it gets the job done very well, and overall, it was very beneficial to me

it helps me build out quality content, also helps me engage with my audiences, it helps me with planning, scheduling, and syndicating social media posts across multiple networks from one place, it is in my opinion the best solution for social media managers
Cons
that it only supports few networks, and its not cost-effective, i think its not the most competitively priced platform in the market

Excellent integration with supported social networks, easy post scheduling and customization, gamification leaderboard.
Cons
Cannot mention LinkedIn entities from Hootsuite composer. This is a LinkedIn API limitation and not a Hootsuite one. Lack of support for the Fediverse, Threads, and BlueSky are glaring omissions.

For the amount that Hootsuite charges the services became less than favorable to say the least. There are so many other platforms offering the same services making it ridiculous to deal with Hootsuites lack of customer service.

I liked the Hootsuite calendar tools and the ability to streamline my social media activity.
Cons
Hootsuite failed to offer reliable customer service. I had issues with billing and they repeatedly failed to remedy the flaws in their system.

It is pretty easy to use and schedule social media. I liked the software when I used it and found it good if you are managing social media for our business which is rather small and a small budget
Cons
I signed up for Hootsuites trial period. I was going to continue with the monthly plan after the trial period but it auto signs you up after the trial period for the yearly subscription. I requested a change to monthly which they denied. OK, I did not read the terms carefully, so that mistake was on me and I took the 1 time payment on the chin.
However, I did request that I not be auto-renewed for the next year because I wanted to reevaluate our options in one year. Hootsuite support confirmed that auto-renew was turned off, then one year later we were billed for another year. I have yet been able to get anyone on support through chat or

Good if You’re still Heavy on Meta

Pros
Multi platform management is the sole reason for us to use Hootsuite since Meta’s interface is slow and buggy when we need to separately measure Facebook and Instagram performance.
Cons
Personally feel that the interface can be less “corporate”.
