I like using grub hub because its been integrated into all my food services on campus. I also use it to order food outside of school and it usually efficient

I have had some bad experiences in timeliness of the food and bad communication between 3rd party websites and drivers.

The easiness to schedule an order and get it delivered is second to only doordash

Drivers have trouble findinng my address, postmates doesn't feature whole menus, menus are higher in price, but probably due to people not tipping drivers

Best to oders food online and receive as fast

Theyre similar to Uber Eats, but a little more streamlined.

The categories were not always intuitive.

Postmates is a delivery service that can get you anything.

It's a great service although you have to decide who you want to trust with your orders.

What I think of Postmates feels like it's on the same page of Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. I like using this app because it's nice to order food and get promotions from this app just like the others that I have mentioned.

What I think it could work on is that Postmates is similar to the GrubHub where they could at least specify what car and who is the driver and with a heads up display to show where is the driver at and the ETA about for sure.

Postmates works just like most delivery services. They do offer more options though so it a good one to use.

Of all the food delivery apps, Postmates seems to have the largest array of restaurant options. There have been several restaurants I cannot find on DoorDash or GrubHub that I can always find on Postmates. The app is easy to use, and customer service, should you need them, is quick and helpful. As someone who is always trying to keep costs down, more than anything I appreciate the "Deals" tab at the very top of the app, which displays only restaurants offering $0 delivery fees or discounts on qualifying orders. I almost always order from a restaurant offering a deal.

The "percentage off" offers, when they appear on the home screen, almost always require you to spend at least $30 or more, which to me isn't ideal. I've found that delivery fees on Postmates also tend to be more expensive than competing apps, which is why DoorDash remains my preferred food delivery app.

It allows us to reach a customer base without requiring the customer to visit our store directly.

Customer support is the absolute worse. They will always have the case "escalated" for someone to reach out but even when it's marked "urgent," it is their policy to reach out in 48 hours and there is no one that can help immediately.

I love how easy it is to find, order, and track my food. You can see your past orders as well! I love this app.

There isn’t anything I dislike about postmates. Everything is just as it should be. Organized and convenient when you’re in a hurry.

Good delivery service overall and has a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

Like all delivery service, it can be costly and your food can be wrong/missing items.

With busy and changing schedules, having the option to order food to be delivered has been such a blessing. There is a large variety or restaurants to choose from to satisfy any craving you might be having, and restaurants are usually open late for when you need a late night snack. I also like that I am able to request for my food to be left at my doorstep for contactless delivery, and that I can track my food.

Due to using an outside party, prices of food/meals listed on Postmates is more than what you would pay directly through the restaurant. There may be a delivery fee, and if it's a busy time, you may be waiting for your food for quite some time.

Postmates does have some restaurants that are not available on any other delivery service.

The selection of restaurants overall does not seem to be as broad as other delivery services. In addition, there is a substantial mark-up on food.

I use postmates to send off our thank you cards and estimates and what not to all our customers.

No cons as of yet. And hopefully I don’t run across any.

I like how convenient it is to order food from so many different places that I did not know about.

The customer service aspect on the app could definitely be improved as it is difficult to get in touch with someone.

This software has pros with the order sometimes has very good deals also you can check the tracking of your order

Postmates has cons with the time of deliver sometimes with the fees and the costumer services isn't too good they have to improve it

It has the same interface as uber as they recently purchased this app. It has more restaurants and food outlets delivery.

It's expensive as the prices seemed to be marked up. Also it's not at all worth it if you order food rarely. I wish they could give more offers and discounts, but until then it's not worth using it unless you wanna pay more.
