Pros

At ScreenMobile of South Shore, switching to Jobber three years ago was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. After struggling with another CRM that didn’t meet our needs, Jobber has completely transformed how we operate. It has simply grown with us. Its intuitive dashboard simplifies invoicing and payment collection, while the customer notification feature keeps communication seamless. Jobber has helped us scale our business significantly over the past three years, delivering an excellent ROI by enhancing our organization and improving customer contact. It’s been a true game-changer for our growth and success!

Cons

We don’t have any dislikes. Everything seems pretty simple and intuitive. No complaints.

I would say the experience has been ok, it would be higher if we could get more help resolving the tracking issue. Apparently it isn't high on Jobber's priority list given the lack of follow up/resolution on the issue.

Pros

I like the workflow/job request process. It helped streamline the intake of customer information and the process of providing a quote. I also like the ease of scheduling jobs and communicating with the customers.

Cons

The lack of being able to add tracking codes to the request form is my biggest complaint. I struggle to understand why a CRM solution would not offer the ability to track lead sources in an effective manner. Our attempts to work with our rep to resolve the issue were unproductive. Ultimately it may force us to move to another CRM solution.

Pros

It is a time saver, I have never gotten so many meanial tasks reduced in an application before. It also is an all in one solution for our cleaning and restoration company we don't use anything else.

Cons

I wish that the app would have some better styling when it comes to schedule I would like to see multiple colors on a job instead of one color when multiple people are assigned that what I can quickly assess who is on a job without clicking on each individual job. Other than that overall a great experience.

Jobber has been an incredible asset for us at Raider Wildlife Control. It has streamlined our operations, making job management and communication with clients remarkably efficient. The platform keeps our trucks organized and helps us stay on top of schedules with ease. Payment processing is also simple and hassle-free, which has been a great convenience for both our team and our clients. Overall, Jobber has transformed how we manage our business, saving us time and improving client satisfaction. Highly recommended for any service business!

Jobber is easy to learn and train others to use. I love how efficient it is to quote, schedule, and invoice jobs.

Cons

I wish there was an option to have more than 1 request form. We have multiple types of jobs that could be integrated into our website if additional request options were available.

We've been using jobber for a few years now and it has taken our company to a different level! The App, scheduling, time tracking, billing, customer communication and the fact that they have widgets/other companies that coincide with Jobber to help with our website and reviews. These are all features that we utilize every single day of operation. I would recommend Jobber to anyone looking to take your company to the next level and get away from paper work-orders, time sheets, outlook calendar and the other old school ways of running things.

The Ease Of Use, the customer portal, the workflow from client inquiry to job scheduling and billing

Cons

When you have an issue or cancel, all your data is locked away from you so if you dont have a daily backup you could lose all your client information that is in the system

Jobber has funnelled my clients and helped streamline my automation. I love the chat option that is accessible anywhere in the world. Clients know when I'm arriving, the price they're paying and can do all this with a click of a button

Cons

The monthly fees are fairly high for Canadians , with the conversion. I wish it integrated with gmail calendar so I don't have to use two calendars

Jobber is an all in one platform that allows you to properly schedule. Add your jobs you know invoice as prior to Jobber we used aJobber is an all in one platform that allows you to properly schedule. Add your jobs you know invoice as prior to Jobber. We used a standard invoice platform where we had to utilize the Google Calendar. And a lot of bouncing back-and-forth jobber eliminates the bouncing from a calendar to prepping an invoice to allowing more than one visit for a job for us. Jobber is a complete package that saves time on the administrative side and the technician side both!

Cons

There’s not much that we don’t like about jobber, for our industry, which is Wildlife and animal control it is absolutely perfect as we are not at traditional pest control company needing all of the additional features that are software like Pest route field routes or Pest pack has and those software nine times out of 10 nickel and dime you to death.

Jobber has made office employees' lives easier to manage required tasks with the way Jobber is set up. Whenever anyone calls trying to get us to try a new management system we automatically say NO THANK YOU, we are HAPPY with JOBBER!

Pros

Jobber is an all-in-one system organizational tool including: tracking man hours, automatically clock in technicians once arrived at customer's location, easy invoicing, quotes, convenient field utilization, and scheduling appointments is now a breeze with the calendar function.

Cons

The Title of the Job does not transfer from Request, to Quote, to Job, and Invoice creating additional redundant work.

Pros

Jobber is a tool that works well out of the box. Having worked in complex health and manufacturing organizations, I have seen firsthand what sort of messes happen when the software as seen as the solution to all operational facets. Jobber works well to support companies that have good standard processes. It is also priced in an extremely accessible way for small business to get the advantages of such a complete field service management tool. They are savvy in that they can make money on credit card transactions but also provide this seamless transaction experience with the lowest transaction cost that we have encountered.

Cons

Change orders, pulling quoted options to a job, being able to update a job location once the job is created. Small inconveniences that we have workarounds for until the functionality is added.

It is the best on the market for our business, but it is still lacking in some areas. I have no doubt one day they will be perfect but there is definitely growing pains as our business grows with jobber.

Pros

The customizable fields to cater jobber to your business. New features like Sales rep statistics is a welcome addition. We didn't know that we needed it but once jobber set it up we find ourselves pulling the reports for data.

Cons

Customer service isn't the best. After you get through the ai bot usually the representatives say that they will follow up to the developer team. I do not like when the display changes four times within a season.

Built in scheduling, CRM, invoicing, quoting, etc. it’s very helpful.

Cons

Not designed for fence companies. There is no drawing feature for quotes, the line item options are designed for the fence industry, and it’s hard to show a client everything without having to attach photos and drawings with details from a third party.

Very helpful - prior to this we used google docs for appts and jobs and it became very difficult to...

Very helpful - prior to this we used google docs for appts and jobs and it became very difficult to manage as we grew to 8 crews and 3 sales people.

Pros

The platform is very user friendly and even novice users can catch on very quickly. On the other hand there you can get very technical with custom reports to track sales productivity and profitability.

Cons

They only thing we have a hard time with is reports for open invoices. We are going to set up a call to help figure out what we may be missing as well as request an custom report to be made to help report sales data by sales person.

I used Jobber for a small internet company and it was OK just very basic and meant for small company that didn't want to spend much money

Pros

Basic cheap good for small business starting out

Cons

Cant take payments was not user friendly when it came to adding documents and contracts
