About HoneyBook

HoneyBook is a cloud-based CRM solution designed for small businesses and freelancers that helps users to manage business processes, from consultation to billing. The platform enables users to manage projects, book customers, send invoices, sign online contracts and manage payments.

HoneyBook offers task management functionality that allows users to view and track different stages of a project. Users can store their invoices, contracts and other documents in one place. They can also respond to customers with automated appointment requests and follow-ups using custom templates and notifications.

To help users keep on top of their workload, HoneyBook allows task reminders to be created, and automated payment reminders can be sent based on project payment due dates. HoneyBook facilitates secure online payments within the system and contracts can be signed digitally. The solution also provides users with the necessary tools to track reservations, payment schedules and leads automatically. HoneyBook can be integrated with third party tools such as Calendly, QuickBooks, Zapier, Google Calendar, Gmail, and more to create seamless workflows and data synchronization.

It makes it easier for me to have all the detailed information about each project in one place and having my scheduling calendar makes all my work flow organizedly.

Pros

It is an innovative tool where each function is unique and serves to have an improved organization of my work, in task management it is easy to distribute the work in the team and then reunite it and the security with the data is very reliable, when I make the signatures electronics I am calm that there is no risk of anything.

Cons

All the processes are useful and have had no inconsistencies in use, so on my part everything has turned out satisfactory.

Pros

I appreciate it because I can perform my work without switching between multiple applications; it offers all the essential tools to enhance my efficiency, and I find that my closing tasks are more organized and quicker. Invoicing is simpler, and I can manage my projects in a more structured manner.

Cons

The customer service response time isn't as prompt and efficient as I hope; while they provide good answers, they don't respond quickly.

Honeybook is Sweet!

Pros

I enjoyed this user friendly software. I was offered a seven day trial to see if it was a good fit for my company. Sending invoices was a breeze. One of my favorite features is being able to send crisp, professional looking proposals to possible business prospects. This feature alone helped take my business up a notch.

Cons

As compared to others, The payout speed for invoices takes close to a week as opposed to a couple of days with other software I have tried. Perhaps that will change in the future.
