About Power Router

Power Router is a lead routing platform designed to help businesses assign prospects to the relevant sales development representative (SDR). It also enables administrators to route leads to account executives or customer success managers (CSMs) by matching them to existing accounts in real-time.

Power Router allows sales managers to create lead segments based on territory, industry type, or source and set up preconfigured rules of routing for each segment. Features of the platform include scheduling, assignment management, analytics, user capping, blacklisting, workflow management, user permission control, and more. Using Power Router’s lead matching capability, sales teams can automatically associate incoming leads to existing accounts, opportunities, and leads in Salesforce.

Supervisors can use round-robin arrangements and weighted or load balanced algorithms to distribute leads based on sales representatives’ work hours, time zones, and availability. It helps administrators define service-level agreements (SLAs) for follow ups and create preconfigured rules to automatically reassign leads to new representatives in case no action is taken.
